• Each home will have a pre-wired tech center near the kitchen for your computer and correspondence.
  
• And all of our homes will have the option to be built with large, unobstructed, sub-floored bonus room upstairs that can be finished at yourleisure and as you see fit. Do you need storage space or would you like several more bed rooms and a bath? Maybe, a home theater, or Dad’s private retreat. This feature will allow up to 1,000 extra square feet of space, depending on which model, that will enable you to increase your home’s living area and maximize the cost per square foot.
  
• The last thing we will do for you is build a completely covered back porch that can be left as is; or as an option it can be screened in, or enclosed as a sun room, your choice.
